Use the shortest native route

  • Known appointment: open it in Booking Calendar.
  • Known class or course session: open the participant list.
  • Known customer: open the Bookings tab in their contact record.
  • Operational review: use Booking List to filter the relevant bookings.
  • Away from the dashboard: use the Wix app or the booking confirmation email where appropriate.

Why the same answer can appear in several places

Wix connects booking records, contacts and form submissions. Default contact fields and custom form answers are not identical data objects, so the most useful surface depends on whether you began with a customer, a session or a particular booking.

When the problem changes

If you know the booking, native Wix is the fastest answer. If you instead need to search response text across many recent bookings or export only selected fields, the task has changed from viewing one submission to cross-booking retrieval and reporting.

Wix first; app for a defined gap

Start with Wix. Consider the app only for repeated cross-booking work.

Booking Responses Hub does not replace Wix's native response views. It is relevant when supported answers must be searched across recent bookings or exported with selected fields from one read-only workspace.

Use native Wix when

  • You know the customer, booking or session.
  • You only need to read or update one record.
  • The Wix Booking List already provides the filter you need.

Consider Booking Responses Hub when

  • You repeatedly open many bookings to find one submitted answer.
  • You need to search supported response content across recent bookings.
  • You need a selected-field CSV rather than a broad operational export.
